The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home! Tiffany checked in on me daily, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast area was spotless, and I couldn’t resist grabbing a bite after seeing how well-kept it was!

I had a rough night there. The A/C wasn’t working, and it was sweltering. My room was still decorated with leftover party balloons, and I was too uncomfortable to sleep, wishing I had complained about the heat.

The bed was comfortable and clean—just the right balance between firm and soft. The room size was spacious, allowing for easy movement with our luggage. there were hairs and dirt in the drawers, which was unsettling, and the shower curtain showed signs of mold. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. Noise levels were manageable, ensuring a restful night. The indoor pool was disappointingly cold, disappointing for our daughter who had hoped for some playtime. The breakfast offered was fairly standard, lacking some options for specific dietary needs.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel had a strong cigarette odor and my room wasn't very clean with a used washcloth left on the shower curtain. Not a great experience overall.

The location is great for business and nearby eateries. I love the many charging spots in the room and the breakfast hits the spot, even if there's not enough bacon.
The carpet in the elevator definitely needs a good scrub.

The location is a major plus—close to restaurants and the airport. The staff, especially Mr Jerry at breakfast, were friendly and attentive. the noise was unbearable; loud neighbors talking and a family running in the halls kept us up most of the night. The indoor pool was freezing and poorly lit, disappointing the kids. A few maintenance issues, like the shower's lack of hot water, added to the frustration. It was a nice-looking place, but disruptions overshadowed the positives this time.

One thing I really appreciated was the ironing facilities in the room. It was convenient to touch up my clothes before heading out. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. there were some areas that definitely need improvement. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing, as I enjoy having a hot beverage in the morning. The sitting area was also quite small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax in the room. On the upside, the bathtub was clean and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. I also liked that there was an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, making it easy to wake up on time. The flat-screen TV was a good size and had a decent channel selection. One thing that bothered me was the carpeted floor in the room. It looked a bit worn and could have used a deeper clean. I found it inconvenient that there were no on-site laundry facilities available. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to shops and commercial services was convenient for grabbing essentials.

Really liked the spacious rooms and comfy beds! Super close to the airport and restaurants, which was a plus. They’re pet-friendly, which is awesome, but I had to pay a fee unlike other places I've stayed. Kind of a bummer that I saw some trash in the hallways, and there was a weird smell at times.

The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations—those sausage gravy and biscuits were superb. issues arose. I requested clean towels at 4:45 PM due to a lack of maid service. The staff member’s sarcasm didn’t help, nor did his failure to follow through. Cockroaches in the room? I left immediately and got a refund. The initial check-in experience lacked warmth; no details about breakfast or amenities were provided. Promises were made regarding shuttle service but were not fulfilled, adding unnecessary frustration. The location is convenient but noisy. Considerable improvement is needed in communication and service quality. If these areas were addressed, this could be a commendable stay.

Great location for exploring the city; easy access to nearby attractions. Room size was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Convenient coffee availability in the morning, although the spoons were missing.
Numerous cockroaches found in different areas of the room. Mold present in the bathroom on various surfaces.

We had a great experience at La Quinta in our recent stay. the staff were incredibly friendly, from the airport shuttle drivers to the desk staff. the free breakfast was better than most, and the room was neat and clean with everything working fine. the free parking and in-room accommodations were also a plus, and we appreciated the ability to have food delivery right to our door. It was the best choice in the area, especially when we had to cut our visit short due to a hurricane evacuation.

During our xmas stay, the price we paid was a great deal and we enjoyed the clean and warm pool. The room, though not fancy, was comfortable and clean – a nice surprise considering the reasonable price. The location was convenient, with easy access in and out of the property and plenty of parking available.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The worn and stained sheets, along with the gross carpet, were major turn-offs.

I had a blast exploring museums and enjoying the thoughtful amenities. The staff was down to earth and helpful. The free Bright Side Breakfast was a bonus.
Dealing with party neighbors until 3 am was a delightful lullaby.

Me and my crew had a blast hitting up Cypress Point Country Club and Tidewater Yacht Marina! Golf lessons and a round of golf were lit. The hotel staff were mad cool and the location was prime.
More late-night party vibes would totally up the fun for us young bloods! .

I chose La Quinta for its proximity to Norfolk Botanical Garden. The customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their helpful assistance. The complimentary breakfast on weekdays was a great convenience.
